- Upcoming events  -

Wed: Ernest, ashesh and social chairs will meet with CP's to discuss social
policy following the problems with the last party.

* Sunday 9th, 10:30:  ExecCom meeting for next year's BUDGET. We will be *
* discussing the budget for the next year. Any and all ideas/complaints/ *
* suggestions should be brought to this meeting.                         *

Wed, March 12: Dormwide study break to vote on the budget. Please make an effort
to show up to fulfill quota.  This study break also happens to be on Max's
birthday (the 2W tutor).

- Treasurer's Report -

There is money in our account.  The only unexpected expense this past year was
the $800 bill for yearbook pictures.

- Judd Comm -
-------------
The election was held this month and the new board elected.  Ashesh was able
to narrowly beat out tickle-me-elmo for president, and Beavis and Butthead
had a respectable showing, but overall it was uncontested in every position.

- Social -
----------

Due to the troubles with the last party, the money for the planned party was
instead given to the various wings.  Third East used their funds to hold a 
Golf party which was very successful.  No other wing has used their $200

- facilities -

The piano bench is high on the priority list, all we need is money.  The part 
for the stairmaster is on order and should (hopefully) be here soon.  One of
the TV's is broken, but hopefully can be repaired and not replaced.  Facilities
will start looking for new chairs (movie, soda, country kitchen, etc...)
ernest has contacted a person about a candy vending machine for the dorm -
further information pending

There _may_ be an IM watertube polo league.  information about the various
sports is posted by the mailboxes.

- Next Act -
------------
Everything is going in full swing, rehersals are on schedule, costumes have
been obtained.  Tickets for the dorm should be available on the 19th of
march or so (sometime in the week before spring break).

- Community Service -

Food Salvage will need help this week - look for email from Vern or Brenda for
more information.
Brenda has received no responses to CPR training as yet.  She may not hold them
if there are none.

Report of email from the medcenter to student requiring her to be tested for
TB - authenticity to be verified

Next House BasketBall tournament will take place eventually
